Privacy Policy
Tennis Score Stats - Last updated: July 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tennis Score Stats handles information when you use the mobile application. The app is designed as a tennis scoring and statistics tool for creating players, creating matches, recording service scoring events, viewing statistics, and exporting match stats.
Information We Store
The app may store the following information locally on your device:
- Player details such as first name, last name, gender, handedness, birthday, strengths, and weaknesses.
- An optional player photo URL if you choose to enter one.
- Match setup information such as selected players, sets, games per set, tiebreak settings, and court view.
- Service scoring events and match statistics recorded during use.
Local Storage Only
Tennis Score Stats currently stores app data locally on your device. We do not operate a server for this app, and we do not upload your players, matches, scoring events, or statistics to an external database.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your app data with advertisers, analytics providers, or third-party data brokers. If you use the export/share feature, your device will open the native sharing options and you decide where to send the exported match statistics.
Photos
The app does not require camera access. Player photos are optional. In the current version, a player photo can be provided as a web URL, and the image may be loaded from that URL by your device.
Accounts and Login
The current version does not provide account registration or a real login system. Your app data is not tied to an online account.
Children
Tennis Score Stats is intended for general tennis scoring and coaching use. It is not specifically directed to children under 13. If the app is used to record information about minors, the user is responsible for having the required permission from a parent, guardian, club, or organization.
Data Deletion
Because data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by clearing the app data in your device settings or uninstalling the app.
Security
We use the storage mechanisms provided by the mobile operating system and Expo/React Native. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but the app is designed to keep data local in this demo version.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes, especially if future versions add online accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, subscriptions, or other services. The updated date at the top of this page will be changed when updates are made.
